My course is the fundamental bedrock for the work that I do. Learning about sex and intimacy in a healthy and wholesome way, prior to marriage, is vital for a newly engaged couple. In my experience, couples endure unnecessary heartache and pain due to gaps in their sex education. It shouldn’t be that way.

As a sex and intimacy coach who helps many married women and couples, I see the adverse effects of not receiving a proper bridal and sex education. It is much simpler to learn Family Purity laws and sex education correctly, than to unlearn harmful messaging and relearn it accurately after experiencing pain and trauma. A well rounded course should give you a solid and sturdy foundation, with the knowledge and understanding of what it truly means to be in a happy, healthy, and committed relationship.
