I coach single women who are seeking guidance on how to have a healthy relationship. From an impressionable age, negative messages about body image, modesty,  sexuality, and more, can distort one’s outlook on healthy sexuality and relationships.

The dating process can be very overwhelming, from inner conflicts to outside pressures.  Navigating the world of dating can be less daunting when you are equipped with the tools you need to date confidently, as well as how to identify red flags if there are any. We’d establish what is considered appropriate boundaries for your family, matchmaker, as well as your date. 

If you have cynical perceptions of marriage, negative pre-conceived notions about sex, or other fears that are keeping you from taking the next step in your life, we can work together to dispel those myths, so that you are body positive, sex-positive, and fully prepared for a healthy intimate relationship.

I coach married women who are struggling to manifest a positive sexual experience with their partner. We will identify the root of the issue, be it sexual confidence, lack of comprehensive sexual education, painful penetration or intercourse, difficulties reaching orgasm, expressing your needs, or other obstacles in your way of having the pleasure, satisfaction, and intimacy you desire in the bedroom. 

Oftentimes, issues unrelated to sex can directly impact your ability to feel true emotional and sexual intimacy. Financial struggles, communication issues, stress management, work-life balance, and the childbirth-postpartum period, are all possible causes for disharmony in a couple. My Brides, Birth, Bedroom, Budget, and Blossom services are fused together here to create a comprehensive and personalized plan for achieving success on your journey of growth and fulfillment.

I coach couples who are struggling to obtain the emotional and physical intimacy they desire. We will explore what is holding you both back from understanding, communicating, and connecting with one another, inside and outside of the bedroom.

We will explore the underlying or concrete issues that you face as a couple, so that we can create a personalized and cohesive approach to help you both attain the emotional and sexual intimacy you need to thrive in your relationship.
