Bracha Bard-Wigdor

Born and raised in the Crown Heights community of Brooklyn, NY, Bracha Bard-Wigdor is a proud Torah observant Jew, with deep respect for the values it has instilled within her. Growing up, friends and strangers alike were drawn to her authenticity, and her ability to hold space for them to safely confide in her when they were struggling in their personal lives, friendships, and then later, their marriages. 

Pulled to empower women with knowledge to make informed decisions in their private lives, Bracha received her training as a bridal educator, doula, and life coach, while living abroad in Israel during her first year of marriage.

Bracha saw the need for change within the system, and is committed to filling in the gaps in terms of a more well-rounded sex education, as well as accessible resources and accurate information. She is the founder of Balaboostas.com, a safe forum for married Jewish women to discuss a wide range of issues, or to anonymously ask their private questions as an alternative to looking for knowledge from society’s harmful or toxic messages surrounding sex and intimacy. 

She now has 10 plus years of experience in her fields of expertise. She is on a mission with no signs of slowing down. Bracha believes that every woman deserves to be confident in her body and informed in her choices in the bedroom, in the labor/delivery ward, and in her relationships. Whether you are learning and growing with her through her courses and workshops, or you’re turning a new leaf with her via one-on-one coaching sessions, Bracha is committed to her clients and their journey to self-betterment and healing. 

Bracha lives with her husband and their two children in the state of New Jersey.
