Let's Get Through it Together

I am beyond excited to announce that I will soon have my MSW degree from LIU in social work.  

As an intimacy coach, I work with women and couples on their journey toward healthy  intimacy. On occasion, certain issues can surface that are not currently in the scope of my practice. When this occurs, I refer my clients to a competent marriage or sex therapist. I take pride in knowing what is and isn’t within my purview, and when it is best for my client to seek further help with therapy. 

To refer them to another professional. 

Childhood trauma, sexual trauma, sexual abuse, attachement issues, and infidelity are some instances when I recommend my clients seek counseling, where they can choose to continue coaching with me, alongside a licensed therapist, or continue with a therapist only. I decided to go back to school to elevate my credentials so that I can further assist and support my clients by being a therapist, too.
